Congratulations to Sara from year 10 on winning 1st place in the Women's Ambulant/Para Weight Throw competition at the 2023 Welsh Senior and U15 Indoor Championships, on Saturday, January 28th, at the National Indoor Athletics Center in Cardiff. Sara would like to thank her coaches, Paul and Josh for all their help. Well done, Sara! Keep at it.
