Elonwy – Dartiau Cymru/Welsh Darts
Llongyfarchiadau i Elonwy (10 Pedr) sydd wedi cael ei dewis i gynrychioli Cymru yn nhîm dartiau ieuenctid y WDO ym Mhencampwriaethau Rhyngwladol Prydain y Gwanwyn yma. Mae'r dewis yn seiliedig ar berfformiad Ieuenctid y Sir dros y deuddeg mis diwethaf a llwyddodd Elonwy i sicrhau'r cyfartaleddau uchaf ond un ledled Cymru yn yr adran Merched dan 18 oed. Mae Elonwy yn chwarae i Ieuenctid Morgannwg yn Adran Siroedd y De, gan gymhwyso ochr yn ochr â chapten Merched Ieuenctid Sir Gwent. Mae tri o gyd-chwaraewyr tîm Morgannwg Elonwy wedi cymhwyso ar gyfer tîm y bechgyn, ochr yn ochr â Chapten Tîm Ieuenctid Sir Gwent. Bydd y 6 chwaraewr o Gymru yn teithio i Lincoln dros benwythnos yr 21ain o Ebrill i gystadlu. Dymunwn pob lwc i chi!
Congratulations to Elonwy (10 Pedr) who has been selected to represent Wales in the WDO youth darts team at the British International Championships this April. The choice is based on the performance of the County's Youth over the last twelve months and Elonwy managed to secure the highest averages but one throughout Wales in the Women's section under 18 years of age. Elonwy plays for Glamorgan Youth in the Southern Counties Division, qualifying alongside the Gwent County Youth Girls captain. Three of Elonwy's Glamorgan teammates have qualified for the boys' team, alongside the Gwent County Youth Team Captain. The 6 players from Wales will travel to Lincoln over the weekend of the 21st of April to compete. We wish you the best of luck!
